We met sometime ago when you had furnished the Brampton Beer Co with details of my Great Uncle John Horace Marsden MC who was in the 2/6th Sherwood Foresters and went to Ireland for the Easter Rising, they created a beer in his honour. In one image you refer to the ‘Film’ could you please advise me as to the name of the film and if available? I hope you are keeping well and still enjoying Corbridge.
Afternoon Mark – lovely to hear from you and I hope you are all keeping well. I’m pretty certain the film is called ‘Insurrection’ and was made in 1966 on the 50th Anniversary. The still that I posted is from episode 2 – I think, but I don’t know if its available online of DVD etc – I’ve tried a google search, but not found much tbh, cheers Mike
