    Loving this site it’s one of the few places we have found mention of William Ollerenshaw. (No. 1779 later 24232) we have his medals in the family but have no idea why and I’m desperately trying to find out where he came from and went to after the war to see if we can find a connection. He won the Meritorious service medal in 1918. We are enjoying finding little snippets of information but frustrated at not getting closer to finding the answer to our puzzle
