Derbyshire Territorials in the Great War 
Hello. Whilst metal detecting one of my fields I was very fortunate to find a identity tag for a soldier of the 2nd North mids BDE RFA.
During WW1 I have been told there was artillery billeted at the farm and this is the third item found to prove this. My question is, is it possible to put together the history of this soldier or even information on how long the north mids were billeted at this farm?
This farm and surrounding land was used not only during WW1 but also a transit and POW camp during WW2. I have about forty or so identity tags from WW2 ranging from an American, German and mostly from Stalag camps, in time I intend to research all.
