I have John Joseph’s medals, badges and bereavement plaque. I got them in a junk shop in Darlington in the 1980’s. Presumably after any living relatives had died. I carry his medals in my pocket on remembrance days. His service number is fixed in my head almost as much as my own.
Hello Robert, that’s a great story and a very touching way to remember John. Would you email me a photo please so that I can add it to his page? many thanks Mike
Hi Mike, I’ve taken a couple of pics, but don’t see an email address t send them to.
