Charles William Kirk had served as a QMS with the King Edward’s Horse before being Commissioned into the Notts and Derby Regiment. He had joined the 6th Battalion in December 1917. He did not rejoin the Battalion.

2493/240602 L/Sergt Fred Moorcroft was killed in action aged 22
Fredenlisted in October 1914 and was an original member of the 2/6th Battalion. He was transferred to the 1/6th Battalion and arrived in France in June 1915. He had previously been wounded.
