1859/240301 Corporal William Jackson was presumed killed in action aged 26240301-jackson

A Pre-War Territorial presumed killed in action and commemorated on the Loos Memorial. He was the Son of William and EJ  Jackson of 134 High St., Mosborough near sheffield.

23/X/17: Light indiscriminate shelling of the sector. Enemy appears to have been doing “area shoots” for the last few days. Hostile front line in H.26.d again found occupied.
